Presenting an abstract?

  • This option applies to authors/presenters who did not submit a full paper. 

  • Prepare a presentation under the following format:

    • 15-minute presentation (with PPT slides)

    • 15-minute Q&A (with the audience)​

  • Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB-drive. During the break(s) before your session, save your presentation on the desktop of the installed computer in the room of your presentation.

Presenting a full paper?

  • This option applies to authors/presenters who submitted a full paper.

  • In the conference program, these sessions are denoted as paper development (PD) sessions. Kindly note that authors are not mentioned in the program, until the review process has closed (to guarantee blind reviewing). 

  • The format of your slot will be:

    • 7 to 10-minute narrative (no slides, hand-out optional)

    • 10-minute feedback (by dedicated discussant)

    • 10-minute Q&A (with the audience).
